FAQ

Ticket changes and refunds

A ticket is sold for travel on a specific date and time. This allows, among other things, to guarantee you a seat on the departure of your choice.

No, the trip destination cannot be changed. Only the dates and times can be changed BEFORE the ticket expires (it is important to contact us before the scheduled departure and/or return date).

All our seats, unless they are part of a promotion, are refundable under certain conditions. Seats are valid until the date and time indicated on the ticket. It is possible to contact our customer service department at 1-800-806-2167 before the date and time indicated on the ticket to postpone the date of travel or request a refund according to the conditions in effect. For more details, see the "Refunds and Changes to Seats" section on our Terms and Conditions page.

On board service

All of our intercity buses are equipped with electrical outlets so that each passenger can plug in their electronic devices.

Internet access is available and free of charge on many of our intercity buses, but not all of them. We cannot guarantee this service for your trip on certain routes due to the weak signal of the cellular network served by our telephone operator. However, we are currently working to standardize this service in the near future throughout our network.

We invite you to read the "Onboard Internet Service" section on our Terms of Use page.
