To obtain a refund for your ticket, fill out the form below. A confirmation of receipt will be sent to you by email following your request.
Please ensure that you are in compliance with the terms and conditions before applying for a refund:
The ticket must not be expired at the time of the request. At the time of departure, the ticket automatically expires and cannot be credited or refunded;
The ticket must have been purchased at an Intercar agency or via our website intercar.ca ;
The ticket must be refundable (A ticket may be non-refundable under certain conditions (promo code, etc.)).
If your ticket was purchased on our website, the refund will be made to the credit card used at the time of purchase. The refund usually takes 5-10 business days. If your ticket was purchased at a terminal or by phone, the refund will be made by check to the name and mailing address indicated on the form. Please allow approximately 15-20 business days for your check to arrive.
A 25% administration fee will automatically be applied to all refund requests.
